Well she's as tall as you, so riding her can't be that hard. I'm going with the theory, that it's like a drivers license. You have to do so much driving before you can do it without a licensed driver in the car. So you have to prove you're a good and capable trainer before you can fly, or go out on large bodies of water with them.
