[the view, which seems to be of patch of grass, is jostling around, tapping as well as a muffled curse] ...probably Stark technology. [the camera jostles everywhere as the man turns it around in his hands] Wait, Stark's name isn't on it, can't be his. What Stark would miss the chance to plaster his name everywhere.

[the camera moves around some more, mostly catching glimpses of the ground and a building, the man huffs] Do you know how this works?

[a pokemon makes a negative sounding "ri" before the camera moves again, catching a glimpse of sky but then is obscured by a thumb] Yeah, me neither.

Seems to be on. [moves his thumb, a man with short, tidy, blond hair and curious blue eyes comes into view, his blue top fits perfectly to his muscles, but is otherwise unmarked] Is that the len- This is one of those video phone gadgets.

Okay, so best guess is someone can or will see this, so does anyone know what or where this place is? What century is it? Because it seems more like I slept into a few centuries this time, I mean I have my little blue companion with me, so it's not all bad, but I just want to know where I woke up this time. Because this isn't Kansas.

[feed goes black with a muttered 'oops']

[When Steve finally get's there, Tony'll be out on a bench with a fruity looking drink with his Buneary sitting on the table close by]

[Steve strolls up, his bag slung over his shoulder with the top part of his uniform sticking out of it, he's followed by a Riolu that just keeps staring up at him, pointing in the direction of the Pokecenter every time Steve looks down at her]

Thank you. I see it now.

[the Riolu looks happy, still pointing the way. when Steve sees Tony he smiles and waves]

[Tony looks at the Rilou and smirks.]

Of course you get one with something on it's chest, and is blue.

[He looks back at the Rilou]

Has he taught you the Star Spangled Banner yet?

[He smirks to himself as his Buneary watches the conversation then comes to the edge of the table and waves to both of them.]

[Riolu tilts her head, giving Tony a curious look]

Rio?

[then is promptly distracted by Buneary, giving a small wave of her own. Steve looks at Tony]

Hush, Grace is a vision of beauty.

[Steve then gives Buneary his attention, smiling]

Hello little one, I'm Steve.

[Tony raises a very droll eyebrow]

Wouldn't happen to be short for 'Amazing Grace' would it?

[The Buneary beams at him and waves again, chittering her 'name' at him.]

She only hatched a few days ago. Seems to have a thing about going into her ball, kind of clingy actually. The others aren't so bad.

No, she's just quite graceful for walking on her toes.

[that and a little bit to do with another song, but that's not relevant]

Seems quite the handful, aren't you little miss? [grins at her, then looks back at Tony] Here.

[he tosses his Pokedex at Tony, clearly assuming he'll catch it]

[He looks at the Rilou, then gives a shrug.]

[She wiggles excitedly at him before skittering back to the elbow Tony has on the table as he does in fact catch the dex in one hand.]

She hasn't left my side since she hatched. So really, even here. I can't blink without having girls all around me.

[He smirks.]

Right, sit, and I'll teach you how to use this thing.

[He slides it open and starts poking around in it.]

[huffs a laugh and decides that's response enough on the girls comment]

She got a name?

[Steve sits, watching Tony poke around on it]

Someone said I could point it at a Pokemon and it'd give me information.

Hmm?

[He looks up at Steve, then glances at the small Pokémon.]

Uh, Pep. And you can, you just have to select the Pokédex, well, we'll call it an app.

[He tilts his hand so Steve can see the gear's screen as he pulls up the Pokédex]

And then point.

[He points the device at Pep, and the Gear pulls up information on her species and says:]

A Rabbit Pokémon. It rolls up its long ears, then unrolls them with great force to slap enemies. This attack stings enough to make adults jump. It uses its ears not only to attack, but also to sense danger--they stand straight up when it senses a threat. Its fluffy fur lets it sleep in warmth and comfort on cold nights. Too easy, even for you, don't you think? But then, it's meant to be easy enough for ten year olds to you so. Suit syou to a tea.

[He playfully teases.]

[carefully watches everything Tony does with the Gear, raising his eyebrows, impressed by the tiny device, then looks at Tony]

Sure, easy for ten year olds, mildly difficult for anyone born outside this century. Lucky for you, I'm a fast learner. Does it do anything else useful? Might as well show me everything while we're at it.

[Riolu climbs up to sit by Steve, curious as to what they're doing, but not saying anything, Steve smiles at her, before returning his attention to Tony]

Hmm, well we've got a map, that's handy, really. And the phone, which you managed to broadcast over the network to. Sometimes you being a mancicle's useful.

[He flicks through everything slowly so Steve could see what he was doing. Pep, moves to sit on his arm so she can watch.]

There's a radio you can use, you can download songs and games, but you probably wont care about tho- Wait.

[He opens one app.]

[watches intently, side eyeing Tony at the "mancicle" comment, but not interrupting. He was starting to lose some interest when Tony mentioned the games, but his eyes light up when Tony opens the drawing app]

You can draw on it? How d-... Wait, mind if I... try it out?

[Tony can't help but grin when Steve perks up at the drawing app]

Use your nail, or the stylus. On the bottom screen. You could probably post it too. I haven't really looked at it.

[He hands it back over to him, almost expecting him to wiggle with excitement.]

[takes the gear back, not wiggling with excitement, but he does bite his lip. Steve starts to poke around, lowering it a little when Riolu makes a sound of protest at being unable to see]

I had wondered how the digital artwork I've seen was made. It's not too far from what I had imagined, though a bit more complicated.

[starts sketching something cartoony, it resembles Riolu]

It's nothing compared to pencil and paper, but I could get used to it.

[he pauses to look at Tony and smiles]

[Leaning back in the chair, Tony watches the man and his Pokémon focus on what Steve was doing. Even Pep moved up onto his shoulder to watch as best she could.]

Well I'm sure there's a store here that will sell art supplies. That seems more like something to pass the time waiting for something. Or to send little doodles to friends.

[He shrugs at the thank you and picks up his drink and takes a deep drink.]

I'll be on the look out for one. This Pokegear is handy, like some kind of a technological Swiss Army knife.

[Sees Pep trying to look and holds it for her to see better]

Would you like me to draw you next, Miss Pep? You'd make a pretty picture, just like Grace here.

[he smiles down at Grace, who just gives him what seems to be an uneven look]

There's a store that's not too far from here that's got things for Pokémon on offer, it might have something to doodle with too. It's that or wait till you get to the next town and try your luck there.

[Pep claps her paws together then looks at Tony excitedly at the prospect of being drawn, wow her young little life is getting exciting.]

And she's not making me soft, she's soft enough for both of us. Surprisingly, I'm a whole less challenging when I'm not being ordered around, and my planet isn't in danger. Besides, it's a nice day and I don't have any meetings.

She's soft enough for even Schmidt to 'aw' at. And this place does have a great deal less stress than everything we just dealt with.

[Looks up at the sky, taking in how nice it is, then looks back at Tony]

Would you like me to, Mr Stark? Call you Tony?

[Steve raises an eyebrow playfully]
